Save Yourself With Astrology: What’s It About?

Save Yourself with Astrology is dedicated to — as Allen Ginsberg defined us — “…angelheaded hipsters burning for the ancient heavenly connection to the starry dynamo in the machinery of night…”

How can astrology save you instead of, say, Jesus? Or Barack Obama? Or your mother or father? Your husband or wife?

Well, they’re part of your problem: supporting the idea that someone on the ‘outside’ is going to make things right for you. God (remember, She helps those who help themselves). The government (honey, let go of that hope pronto) or your family (they have their own problems, plus — sorry to break it to you — they really don’t care about you as much as you imagine.) No one or thing is going to pull it all together in the way you hope for. That’s really a child’s dream of the world. But amidst the crazy way our culture is collapsing today, well, that requires an adult to maneuver and take advantage of. To get what you really want you need to grow up. Read more
